Arledge Construction has worked to develop a strong safety culture throughout the organization in order to protect our most valuable asset: our people.
Because of this focus; we strive to ensure that all operations and activities are performed with the utmost regard for the safety and well-being of all team members. Our objective as a company is to eliminate or minimize exposure to conditions which could result in an injury and/or illness. Therefore, safety will take precedence over production whenever necessary.
Standing for Drug Free Living
In order to accomplish our goals; we start by being a State of Ohio Certified Drug Free Workplace. We make sure that our weekly safety crew huddles are relative and focus on current job site activities and site conditions.
We use periodic companywide drug free workplace and safety training to allow every team member to have open conversations about safety, health and well-being.
We continually emphasize to our employees the importance of actively participating in their own safety and the safety of those that are working around them.
