1Pervious – Pervious concrete is a special type of concrete with a high porosity used for concrete flatwork applications that allows water from precipitation and other sources to pass directly through, thereby reducing the runoff from a site and allowing groundwater recharge. Arledge Construction is one a very limited number of contractors in central Ohio who is certified to install this type of concrete.
2Architectural Finishes- Whether your project calls for stamped, exposed aggregate, stained, buff or acid washed concrete, Arledge Construction employs experienced craftsmen who are well versed in these types of specialty finishes.
