Currently Hiring

Dump Truck Driver Class A CDL

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers,
supervisors and the general public at all times. Be able to work overtime when required. Be willing to work
outdoors in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold. Have the willingness to work in a team environment
and assist co–workers or supervisors with other duties as required. Ability to work independently and
complete daily activities according to work schedule. Ability to communicate orally and in writing.

Concrete Finisher: Level 1

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Able to effectively use up to 8 ft. straight edge, two man straight edge, bull float, edgers,
    jointers, hand trowel and walk behind power trowel.
  • Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in concrete
    construction.
  • Knowledge of applicable safety precautions.
  • Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
  • Lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous
    physical labor under adverse field conditions.
  • Communicate orally and in writing.
  • Use equipment and tools properly and safely.
  • Understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.
  • Meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
  • Willingness to advance to Level 2 Finisher.

Depending on your experience and your in-person interview, you may automatically qualify as a level 2 finisher, at the discretion of the leadership team at Arledge Construction.

Concrete Form Carpenter: Level 1

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in concrete
    construction.
  • Knowledge of applicable safety precautions.
  • Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous
    physical labor under adverse field conditions.
  • Regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and concrete
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to
    provide support over time without fatigue
  • Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb
    coordination
  • Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.
  • Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.

Depending on your experience and your in-person interview, you may automatically qualify as a level 2 carpenter, at the discretion of the leadership team at Arledge Construction.

Laborer

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Some knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in concrete
    construction.
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Some knowledge of applicable safety precautions.
  • Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous
    physical labor under adverse field conditions.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
  • Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.
  • Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
