Work Hard, Play Hard

We at Arledge Construction believe that we shouldn’t only work as a team; but also play as a team. Phil and Craig Arledge get the utmost joy out of rewarding the hard working individuals that are responsible for the company’s success, with fun activities throughout the year. Some of the local activities include things like golf outings, skeet shooting, laser tag, go-kart racing and escape rooms.

Then when things slow down a bit in the winter; bigger out of state trips are often in store. Things like traveling to Las Vegas for the World of Concrete along with touring the concrete marvel of the Hoover Dam and hiking in the Red Rocks. Other trips include traveling to the great white north for group snowmobile trips. Whether it’s just down the street or way out west; team fun is always in store.
