Our Mission & Values
Our Motivation
As a family business focused on the long-term success of our clients and our employees, we crafted this mission statement and these values as reminders of why we get up and go each day. To our team, these are not just a few sentences saying some nice things about working at ACI.
These are guiding lights to fuel our strong work ethic, dedication to our craft, and a lasting legacy of quality service to the Greater Columbus area.

Our Mission
To supply our customers with top quality services at a competitive price. To develop relationships with our clients and our employees that are based on honesty, commitment and loyalty.
Our Core Values
“You can never go wrong doing the right thing.”
Integrity
At ACI, we believe that True Integrity encompasses many of our Core Values such as Honesty, Morals, Ethics, Values, Trustworthiness, Consistency, Authenticity and Faithfulness. We believe in living by one set of rules regardless of what we are doing or who we are dealing with.

Quality
You can always count on ACI to bring quality into all that we do. We know that it usually costs a little more, but we hold true to the belief that quality isn’t something that you do, but a way of life. We know that things don’t always come out perfectly, but we stand by our product and can be counted on to always make it right. We believe that our clients recognize this and that only strengthens the bond that we share and our long term relationships.
Responsiveness
We strive to be where the client needs us when they need us. We know that construction schedules can often be a moving target. We do all that we can to accommodate the changes and we are often instrumental in helping a lagging schedule catch up. We know that juggling multiple trades, activities, permits and working with the different municipalities (not to mention the weather) can create unique challenges in the construction cycle. We attempt to make the client’s overall job and experience a little more bearable and are often told that our people are a pleasure to work with.
Community/Compassion
The team members at ACI are really a unified body of individuals. Many of our team members share strong community at work and in our free time. We are also interested in our communities as in where we work and live. We fully support and encourage making a difference in our local communities, especially the ones that struggle economically and socially. This is driven by having a compassionate mindset and understanding that everyone goes through hard times. Not only families and individuals, but industries, communities, businesses and even individual projects. Everyone can benefit from someone lending a hand that is driven by a compassionate mindset.
Attitude
We have always had a “Whatever It Takes” attitude. We believe in the power of positive thinking and always strive to promote and maintain a “Can Do” mindset. We will go above and beyond the status quo whether dealing with our valued clients or fellow team members. We try to hire attitude because we know that skill can be taught.
Our Social Initiatives
Arledge Construction is committed to supporting organizations whose primary objectives are community, wholeness and healthy living locally and abroad.
Locally, we continue to support ministries that are striving to build a community through holistic healing and recovery programs through Organizations like Lower Lights Ministries and Outreach Ministries.

Our focus on fruitful living extends even as far away as Mukono, Africa (Africa Renewal Ministries) and Los Anonos, Costa Rica (La Vina, Anonos) where our partnerships empowers communities by equipping future leaders with education, healthcare and a God focused center.
Other local agencies that Arledge Construction supports are Mid Ohio Foodbank, GRIN, Franklinton Community Gardens, Lower Lights Health Center Grocery Store, Lower Lights Holistic Learning Center and countless other ball teams and groups.
