Duane joined the Arledge Construction team in 2014, bringing 25 years of work experience in a variety of industries including government, manufacturing and health care. Duane brings a diverse skill set with certifications and experience in areas of technology, finance and budgeting, systems integration, human resources management and project management.

At Arledge Construction, Duane’s primary responsibilities include management of all financial and administrative operations. Key areas of focus for Duane include improving the visibility of job performance, implementing technologies to reduce costs and improve efficiency, and guiding the organization toward repeatable processes with predictable outcomes.
